How do I remove Trend Micro Anti-Spyware 3.x for Consumer and SpySubtract if they are not listed in Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel?

To remove remnants of Trend Micro Anti-Spyware and SpySubtract, please follow the instructions below:


1.	Close all open programs.

2.	Download the fix tool.

3.	On the File Download window, click Save.

4.	Once the Save As window appears, click Desktop as the location and click Save.

5.	On your desktop, double-click on the downloaded file, TMAS_&_SpySubtract_Remover.exe.

6.	Your desktop icons will disappear and a notification will appear when it is finished running. Click OK.



7.	Once done, clear your browser's cache.
	If you still see the popup after removing the program, contact Trend Micro Chat Support for futher assistance.
