You are having issues removing Trend Micro Security from your computer using the Diagnostic Toolkit.

This can happen if there are remnants of a previously installed Trend Micro Security software.


To resolve the issue, remove any leftover Trend Micro files from affected computers by running the Trend Micro File Remover Tool.
