To renew your subscription using your Trend Micro program, please follow the steps below:

1.	Make sure you are connected to the Internet.

2.	Open your Trend Micro program by double-clicking the Trend Micro icon on your desktop or in your system tray near your computer's clock.

3.	Go to Other Settings & Subscription or Other Settings > Subscription > Renew Now.

	Note: Click here if you want to see where to find Renew Now.

	You will be directed to the purchase website.

4.	Click Buy Now.

	A pop up will appear about an upgrade offer.

5.	Click No, Thanks.

	You will be directed to the Shopping Cart page.

6.	Double-check the items that you wish to purchase, then click Continue Checkout to proceed.

7.	Fill up the billing page with your payment information (like your credit card number) after checking out.

8.	Double-check the information you entered, then click Place Secure Order.

	A page will appear confirming your successful purchase. You will also receive an email confirmation.

9.	If you have an older program installed, download and install the latest version. But if you already have the latest version installed, you do not need to do anything. Your subscription will be automatically extended.
